We are expanding a private aviation charter brokerage and are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. This role is focused on outbound business development and relationship-driven sales. It is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with proactive outreach and building their own pipeline. There are no inbound leads provided.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients
• Build and develop your own book of charter clients
• Warm leads through networking and relationship development
• Engage with high-net-worth and corporate clients
• Close private aviation charter transactions and repeat business
• Develop relationships with members of golf, equestrian, sports teams
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in cold calling or high-ticket sales
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and self-generated leads
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Aviation experience is preferred but not required
• Existing network in UHNW, corporate, or luxury sectors is an asset
Compensation
• Commission only
• No commission cap
