Are you a transformative Human Resources and Labor Relations leader ready to make a lasting impact in a dynamic, fast-paced aftersales and customer care environment? careerzynith is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Human Resources & Labor Relations (HRLR) Site Lead to champion our people-first culture and lead HR and labor relations functions at our Charlotte-area Customer Care & Aftersales (CCA) facility in North Carolina. As our HRLR Site Lead, you will be the cornerstone of our people strategy, working shoulder-to-shoulder with site leadership to build engagement, strengthen working relationships, attract top talent, and drive organizational excellence.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite leadership position reporting directly to the Charlotte facility five days per week. You will serve as the primary HR and Labor Relations business partner for the site, providing both strategic direction and hands-on operational support. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with demonstrated labor relations expertise, strong business acumen, and the interpersonal finesse to navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence and integrity.
