We are seeking Experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) as well as Compassionate and caring individuals who are looking to become a RBT to work in our innovative Center
$4,000 Incentive Plan for RBTs

- Consistent Schedules: Our clinics are open from Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm.
- Education: High school Diploma or College Degree
- Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Sociology) preferred
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA Experience
- If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
- Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the child's success
- Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
- Positivity & Patience: It's all about positive reinforcement and repetition
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
