Job description: SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER 1.0 - MILL HILL SCHOOL - Complex Learner Cohort Elementary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: CT Certification ? any of the following: (065) Comprehensive Special Education PK-12, (165) Comprehensive Special Education K-12, (265) Comprehensive Special Education K-12.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Demonstrated experience in the assessment of students and follow up intervention planning and implementation; strong communication and leadership skills required. Working collaboratively with student teams which includes leading multidisciplinary planning meetings to formulate instructional plans.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Building Administrator

WORK PERIOD: 10 Months/187 days
