Inside Sales Oncology - Remote (Detroit preferred) $100K-$140K base + quarterly bonus | Full benefits packageA growing, patient-focused biopharmaceutical company is looking to add an Inside Sales Account Representative to its U.S. team. This is a remote role supporting oncology and rare disease customers, with strong visibility across a commercial organization.What You'll Do: * Engage oncology clinics and HCPs through outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings * Educate providers on disease state, treatment options, and product positioning * Build and manage relationships across specialty practices and care teams * Generate and qualify leads while maintaining consistent daily activity metrics * Partner with field teams, marketing, and medical affairs to support territory growth * Track activity and opportunities in CRM and share market insightsWhat They're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree required * Experience working with oncology providers or specialty practices * Background in pharma/biotech, healthcare sales, or similar environment * Strong communication skills with ability to engage clinicians remotely * Proven track record meeting activity or sales targets * Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy a plusAdditional Details: * Full-time, remote (Detroit area preferred) * Competitive benefits including health insurance, 401k, and performance incentives * Opportunity to join a high-growth, collaborative organization
