About the position
Achieve is a leading digital personal finance company dedicated to helping individuals improve their financial well-being through personalized solutions like personal loans, home equity loans, and debt consolidation. The Inside Sales Unit Manager will lead a team of Loan Consultants, guiding them to assist members in achieving financial stability. This role offers opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and making a significant impact on members' lives. The position involves coaching, strategy development, and understanding the Loan Consultant role through hands-on training. Flexibility is offered with work-from-home/hybrid options for those in the greater Phoenix, AZ area.
Responsibilities
• Drive key sales initiatives, including introducing new processes, underwriting criteria, sales techniques, and departmental updates.
• Inspire and elevate the team through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support the onboarding and development of new hires.
• Ensure the team consistently meets Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards.
• Set the tone by modeling excellent pipeline management and call volume expectations.
Requirements
• 4+ years of inside sales management experience (call center experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• A proactive, motivating leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite.
• A talent for building strong partnerships across teams and communicating expectations clearly.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused and organized.
