Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote Insurance Call Center team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling a wide range of inquiries related to property and casualty insurance, billing, policy changes, and coverage explanations. Key Responsibilities
- Policy Review & Renewal Outreach: Contact policyholders through inbound and outbound calls, email, and direct mail to review upcoming renewals, recommend coverage enhancements, and secure policy continuations.
