Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients. Safely and efficiently load and unload intermodal containers and trailers. Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with company safety guidelines. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of intermodal equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate and prioritize workload. Monitor and report any potential issues or delays in the intermodal network. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Utilize computer systems and software to track and document intermodal shipments accurately. Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any service disruptions or customer complaints. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the intermodal network. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Adhere to all applicable regulations and laws related to intermodal transportation. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the appropriate parties.
