What You'll Work On
- Advising registered investment advisers and investment companies on regulatory and compliance matters
- Supporting registered funds and alternative asset structures
- Drafting key corporate governance and disclosure documents
- Counseling clients on the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and broader securities regulations
- Working closely with clients on product structuring, registration, and exemptions
- Collaborating with a nationally recognized team on high-impact, high-visibility matters
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in investment management, funds, or securities law
- Experience from a top-tier law firm
- Strong exposure to:
- Registered investment advisers
- Investment companies and SEC-registered products
- Private funds and regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with SEC regulations, particularly the Division of Investment Management (a plus)
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Active bar admission (or ability to waive in) in your practicing jurisdiction
- A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a high-performing team
