Position: Customer Service Agent
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
Assist with check-in procedures, boarding, and baggage handling.
Resolve passenger concerns and issues in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Position: Flight Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist with passenger needs.
Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum age of 21 years.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Height and weight proportionate to maintain safety standards.
Ability to work varying shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Position: Pilot
Key Responsibilities:
Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and flight planning.
Communicate with air traffic control and ground personnel.
Requirements:
Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
