Job Description:
We are looking for an Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience to create visual content for digital and print channels. You will collaborate with Marketing and HR teams, contribute to brand development, and design social media assets, presentations, landing pages, and marketing materials using modern design and AI tools.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create engaging visual assets for internal and external communications, partnering both with Marketing and HR teams.
- Design for multiple channels, including social media, presentations, printed materials, landing pages, banners, infographics, and print collateral.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative projects and collaborate with Marketing and HR to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts that support marketing objectives and campaign goals.
- Stay current with emerging design technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry trends, leveraging them to improve creative quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the company's brand identity, design systems, and visual standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of graphic design experience across digital and print media, with ownership of brand asset development and production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and print design work.
- Experience creating and maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Experience designing landing pages in Webflow or HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and related design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
Nice-to-Have:
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
- Experience with employer branding or internal communications.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused marketing design and campaign performance.
