Role Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee all influencer activity related to paid ads — from sourcing creators and managing product delivery to approving scripts, launching content through their handles, and measuring ROAS.
You’ll manage the entire influencer lifecycle for our clients: from casting to content creation, approvals, usage rights, and paid distribution. Your North Star? Revenue. Your job is to find and manage influencers whose content consistently performs in our ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
✦ Creator Sourcing & Partnerships
Source UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting terms for paid ad usage
Build a curated database of high-performing creators by niche and performance history
✦ Influencer Lifecycle Management
Coordinate product seeding and shipping with clients and creators
Manage timelines for filming, approvals, and ad launches
Ensure all deliverables are met: creator receives product → shoots content → uploads → approves usage → ad launches
✦ Content Scripting & Briefing
Write performance-based UGC scripts (hook, problem, solution, CTA) optimized for Meta ads
Provide creators with briefs that include brand info, tone, structure, and required talking points
Iterate on creative briefs based on performance trends and feedback from the creative team
✦ Ad Launch & Revenue Tracking
Secure approval to run ads through creator handles (for Spark Ads, whitelisting, etc.)
Coordinate with media buyers to get content launched into ad accounts
Monitor and report on ROAS, CTR, and revenue performance of each influencer’s content
✦ Optimization & Performance Scaling
Identify top-performing creators and scale usage across multiple campaigns and formats
Recommend variations, new hooks, and re-edits to improve performance
Retire low-performing creators and test new partnerships regularly
Qualifications:
2+ years in influencer marketing, UGC management, or paid social performance
Strong understanding of UGC ad structures and Meta ad platform best practices
Experience writing creator briefs and performance-focused scripts
Comfortable negotiating rates, rights, and usage terms
Strong project management skills — you're organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
Bonus: experience with whitelisting, Spark Ads, or performance partnerships in ad accounts

Creator Performance Dashboard: Track revenue by creator, campaign, and client
Pre-Vetted Creator Pool: Build a KultreMedia internal creator network we can use on demand
Creative Testing Framework: Rotate top creators into new offers or products for testing speed
