Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, assisting them with hardware and software issues related to desktop systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity and proper system functionality.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Conduct regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to support tickets and escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or system administrators as necessary.
- Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in desktop support to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proficient computer skills with a high level of efficiency.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminologies (physiology and anatomy) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing and coding is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English language.
