Job description: The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) is the top professional women's soccer league in the USA, with 14 teams and +300 of the best soccer players in the world. The future of the NWSL has never looked brighter.Position DescriptionReporting directly to the Director of Finance, this position will support financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting to support our League. This position requires strong communication skills to collaborate and work cross-functionally across the NWSL.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and execute without close supervision.
• Ability to maintain strong 'customer service' and follow-up with all partner requests.
• Ability to deliver high quality work and execute under pressure/deadlines.
• As needed, flexibility to work non-traditional hours to support deliverables.

NWSL observes a hybrid work schedule of three working days in the physical office and two remote working days.NWSL salaries are contingent upon candidates' qualifications, functional business needs, and market financials.Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000.NWSL is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
