This is a remote position. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and digitally confident Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team on a fixed-term contract during one of our busiest periods of the year. Working closely with our Brand Manager, you will provide hands-on support across a wide variety of marketing activities, helping to keep projects moving, content organised, campaigns on track and marketing operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone with up to two years' marketing experience who is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced B2B environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn from an experienced marketing team while making a meaningful contribution from day one.   Key Responsibilities The responsibilities outlined below are indicative of the role and may evolve in accordance with business needs.     Marketing & Campaign Support ·       Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. ·       Support the coordination of marketing projects and day-to-day activities. ·       Help maintain project timelines, task lists and marketing trackers. ·       Assist with campaign rollouts and follow-up activities.   Content & Social Media ·       Schedule social media content using Hootsuite or similar platforms. ·       Assist with creating and uploading content across digital platforms. ·       Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules. ·       Monitor social media engagement and escalate enquiries where required.   Website & Digital Support ·       Assist with basic website content updates. ·       Perform quality checks on website pages, links and content. ·       Support SEO-related activities and online content improvements.   Research & Marketing Administration ·       Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and marketing opportunities. ·       Assist with sourcing information for blogs, campaigns and presentations. ·       Maintain accurate marketing trackers, spreadsheets and reporting information. ·       Support general marketing administration and documentation.   Creative & Operational Support ·       Assist with updating marketing collateral and presentations. ·       Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers where required. ·       Provide general administrative support to the Brand Manager and Marketing team. Requirements Requirements ·       Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management or a related field (completed or currently studying final year). ·       Up to 2 years' marketing experience (internships and practical work experience will be considered). ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills. ·       Good organisational and administrative skills. ·       Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. ·       Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms. ·       Comfortable learning and using digital marketing tools. ·       High attention to detail. ·       Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. ·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn.   Preferred Qualifications and Experience Experience or exposure to any of the following would be advantageous: ·       Canva ·       Hootsuite or other scheduling platforms ·       HubSpot or Salesforce ·       Basic CMS/website editing ·       Email marketing platforms ·       Google Workspace ·       AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot ·       Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing   Core Competencies ·       Strong organisational skills ·       Attention to detail ·       Initiative and willingness to learn ·       Effective communication ·       Teamwork and collaboration ·       Accountability ·       Adaptability ·       Time management ·       Digital confidence ·       Problem-solving ·       Customer-focused mindset
