About the Role
On Egin Culinary 360, Inc is a sales and marketing agency based in the Bay Area. We manage sales, operations, and marketing for four premium culinary brands — Mibrasa PRO, DRY AGER PRO, Mibrasa Home, and Cárnico Tools & Provisions. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to start on one or two of these brands, with the opportunity to grow into a broader role across the portfolio as results build. Reports directly to the company Principal.
Responsibilities
• Define U.S. marketing strategy for your assigned brand(s), in partnership with European brand owners and the Principal
• Manage and brief external marketing agencies (paid advertising, creative & design, video production, PR)
• Serve as primary marketing liaison with your brand's own marketing department
• Personally design marketing materials, including product sheets, sales collateral, presentations, and digital ads
• Source and coordinate content from a network of chefs, food artisans, and content creators
• Write and oversee copy for email, social media, and website content
• Monitor and report on campaign and agency performance
Requirements
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) with a portfolio to show
• Native or fully fluent English
• Ability to work core U.S. business hours from any location
• Project management experience; familiarity with Asana preferred
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Comfortable using AI tools for productivity (we use Claude Cowork)
Preferred but not required
• Culinary, hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle brand experience
• Experience with Shopify, Frame.io, or trade show marketing
• Spanish language skills
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
