Advanced Therapy, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. Work Environment
This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own workspace. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, providing a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will have access to advanced telehealth tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems, facilitating efficient documentation and patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to understand their mental and emotional health needs, identifying underlying causes of distress.
• Develop and implement evidence-based counseling methods, customizing treatment plans to align with individual patient goals and therapeutic needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to engage clients, ensuring the applications are appropriate for their unique circumstances.
• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback, demonstrating flexibility in approaches to therapy.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize service delivery, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic’s mental health programs.
• Foster a safe, supportive atmosphere for all patient interactions, encouraging open communication and trust.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clients represent a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Your role will allow you to connect with various age groups and backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic style to meet the unique needs of each individual. You will be instrumental in empowering patients to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional skills, and achieve personal growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid mental health license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing mental health services in clinical or community settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect genuinely with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping abreast of the latest evidence-based counseling techniques.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:
• Experience with teletherapy or digital mental health resources.
• Background in working with diverse populations and cultural competence in mental health service delivery.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and emergency protocol management.
Compensation and Benefits
