StretchLab Mill Valley wants people to join our growing team, who enjoy helping others on their health and wellness journey, are passionate about building community, are energetic and experienced, and want to have fun doing it. Must have current certification in one of the following: Massage or Neuromuscular Therapists, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM, ACE, Kinesiology, or Sports and Exercise Science degree.

- Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
- Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking member's goals
- Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with a client, desired
- Fitness certification required from any of the experience mentioned above or graduate of NASM, ACE, Chiropractic, Kinesiology, or other Exercise degrees
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- Must be available to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program?, which includes 10 hours of online tutorials prior to FTP and log 20 hours of practice.
Expected salary: $28 - 35 per hour
