About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, Odoo-certified developer to lead the development, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in Odoo, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise)
Lead Odoo implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Customize core modules such as Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects
Develop and maintain custom addons using Python and Odoo ORM
Design and customize QWeb reports, views, and workflows
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Odoo instances
Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior developers
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides
Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support

Requirements
Required QualificationsOdoo Certification (required)
4+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript
Solid experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and module architecture
Experience with Odoo.sh, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of ERP and business processes
Experience with Odoo versions 14, 15, 16, or 17
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Odoo Certification (required)
