- Provide proactive and reactive online chat support for both existing customers and prospective buyers visiting multiple client websites.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard.
- Maintain optimal response times and service levels while managing a high volume of concurrent conversations.
Brand Advocacy and Education
