We are currently hiring an Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our Member Experience team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located anywhere in the United States (with the exception of Georgia and Florida, unless you currently hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license). About the Role

As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you are the steady, empathetic voice that members count on during the late evening and overnight hours. Whether a pet parent is惊慌, worried, or simply searching for clarity about their policy, you will be the trusted guide who listens, investigates, problem-solves, and acts. This is not a script-reading position; it is a real-life connection-building role that demands curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a passion for helping people and their pets.

You will work full-time hours consisting of five 8-hour shifts per week, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 PM Pacific Time and 6:00 AM Pacific Time. Weekend availability is required, and shifts are scheduled without rotation, giving you consistency and predictability in your overnight schedule. The first seven weeks of employment will consist of comprehensive training held Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM Pacific Time to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, to fully prepare you for success in this role.
