About the position Nadege is a thought leader, author, and podcast personality building something meaningful — and she needs a sharp, creative, and deeply capable right hand to help her do it. This isn't a "just answer emails" kind of role. You'll be stepping into a dynamic position that blends executive support, marketing strategy, content creation, and client care. You'll work inside a business that lives at the intersection of personal growth, visibility, and impact — and you'll be expected to show up as a true team member, not just a task-completer. If you're someone who gets excited about AI tools, has a natural eye for elegant design, and loves bringing order to creative chaos, this role was built for you. Responsibilities • Managing Nadege's inbox and responding to emails using a custom AI-powered Client Concierge built on Claude • Handling calendar management — scheduling sessions, evaluating podcast guesting invitations, managing reschedules, and blocking time for travel and events • Researching incoming podcast invites to assess fit and confirm recording availability • Responding to client texts and inquiries using the Client Concierge tool to keep communication flowing without overwhelming Nadege • Auditing welcome email sequences and automations to ensure all offers and messaging are current • Proposing and building a more robust project management system (currently run through shared Google Docs) • Organizing and maintaining the back-end of key platforms: Flodesk, Google Drive, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok • Creating, documenting, and improving internal systems so the business runs smoothly even when Nadege is heads-down • Scheduling Instagram content and following through on publishing • Writing captions and content for Instagram, YouTube, podcast episodes (Apple, Zencastr, Spotify), and email newsletters • Brainstorming and generating fresh content ideas for the newsletter and social platforms • Pulling and interpreting data analytics across social media platforms and book sales — and actually advising on what to do with that data • Supporting ads strategy and implementation • Promoting events, online courses, and books across all social platforms and the newsletter • Creating launch plans, timelines, and full marketing strategies for new offers and campaigns • Designing graphics and creating polished visual content in Canva • Researching speaking and attendance opportunities for Nadege — prioritizing local/drivable events from Los Angeles, with secondary interest in New York, Chicago, Texas (SXSW), Paris, and Europe Requirements • Genuine eye for design — elegance, creativity, and aesthetic intentionality matter to you • Excited about AI and already proficient in using it as a real work tool • Highly communicative — proactive, clear, and consistent • Not intimidated by the nature of Nadege's work; you ask questions, brainstorm freely, and engage with curiosity • Excellent at time and project management — you follow through without being chased • Resourceful — you figure things out before asking, and you bring solutions • Comfortable being visible as part of the team, including having your camera on during Zoom calls and masterclasses Nice-to-haves • Non-religious background or orientation Benefits • Flexible scheduling • Room to grow as the business grows
