Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination & Shipment Management
- Initiate and track the scheduling of product and import shipments for finished vehicles, ensuring alignment with production timelines.
- Identify, book, and coordinate the most cost‑effective and reliable transportation methods (sea, air, and land) to meet delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to develop detailed shipping plans that adhere to regulatory standards.
- Maintain compliance with careerzynith’s internal quality standards (CI, SOPs, etc.) and industry regulations throughout the logistics process.
Documentation & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, IMO certifications, and customs paperwork.
- Enter shipment data into careerzynith’s ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) with a focus on precision and timeliness.
- Generate and distribute logistics dashboards and performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the logistics team with ad‑hoc reporting, data extraction, and analysis using tools such as SQL and Tableau.
Customer & Partner Support
- Provide responsive call support to internal stakeholders and external partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shipment lifecycle.
