Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer a steady flow of incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our clients, representing their brands with integrity and warmth.
