Patient Assistance Advocate (Pharmacy Technician)

Pay Range:

$16.72 - $27.86

Position Summary:

Will work with patients and clinics to provide financial assistance to

make medications affordable for patients.

Key Performance Areas:

KPA 1 – Patient Assistance

KPA 2 – Customer Service

KPA 3 – Backup to pharmacy staff

KPA 4 – Education & Training

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent education is required

Previous Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in Retail/Specialty/Hospital Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician preferred; medical terminology and attention to detail required. Core Capabilities:

Travel: <25%

Standard Work Days/Hours Monday to Friday 8:00-5:30 will vary based off respective time zone.
