As the business scales, the Commercial Director is increasingly focused on growth, clients, and delivery. This role exists to act as a force multiplier by removing day-to-day operational friction and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and consistently. This is a high-trust Executive Assistant role working closely with senior leadership. It goes beyond traditional diary management and plays a key role in coordination, follow-through, and operational execution. The role is similar in nature to a Founder’s Associate style position, with a strong emphasis on organisation, communication, and getting things done. What You’ll Be Doing Executive Support & Coordination Manage and maintain the Commercial Director’s diary, priorities, and schedulingAttend key meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and follow-upsTrack priorities and ensure consistent follow-through across stakeholdersAct as a central coordination point across the business Recruitment & Hiring Support Coordinate candidates, interviews, and schedulingDraft and refine job descriptions and role briefsTrack hiring activity and maintain candidate pipelines Communication & Follow-Through Manage and triage email and communication flowEnsure actions from meetings are progressed and completedMaintain clarity across multiple workstreams Operational Support Support documentation, transcription, and summarisation of callsHelp improve internal organisation and simple processesBring structure and consistency to day-to-day operations Who This Role SuitsThis role will suit someone who: Has experience as an Executive Assistant, Strategic EA, or Founder’s AssociateIs highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environmentsHas strong written communication and attention to detailEnjoys supporting senior leadership and keeping things movingTakes ownership and consistently follows through on tasks We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Government, defence, or security-cleared environmentsProfessional services or structured organisationsRoles requiring discretion, confidentiality, and high trust Desirable Experience Exposure to recruitment coordination or hiring processesExperience working directly with senior stakeholdersBackground in structured or project-based environments What This Role Is Not This is not a purely administrative EA roleThis is not a strategy-only or advisory position This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting senior leadership in a high-trust environment
