Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm on in office days. On-site on rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Help desk is opened Mon. - Fri. 8am to 9pm.Key Skills:

• Retail pharmacy experience-at least 2 years
• Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
• Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

Engagement Description:This pharmacy technician role is within a remote contact center. Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to the M3P program, as well as member and provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. The timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).

• Monday through Friday, 8am to as late as 6pm on in-office days. On-site on a rotational basis. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. The help desk is open Mon.-Fri., 8am to 9pm.
• Peak Season Oct. to Mar.
• Schedules are based on seniority and company needs

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Detail Oriented

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Call center experience
• CMS knowledge

Education/Certifications:

• CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed
