About the Role:
The Portfolio Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of multiple residential communities, including condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations (HOAs). This role serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and the management company, ensuring that each property operates efficiently, remains in compliance with governing documents, and maintains strong financial and physical health.
