AI Fire is searching for a high-impact Pricing Analyst to drive profitability and strategic consistency across our 53+ districts. You will serve as a critical link between corporate financial goals and local market realities. We need a data-driven "owner" who can move quickly to turn complex market data into actionable rate structures that support our rapid national growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Rate Optimization: Analyze diverse market data to recommend rate adjustments that balance our competitive "local feel" with corporate margin expansion goals.
- District-Level Support: Partner directly with General Managers (GMs) and sales teams to establish and maintain base pricing that accounts for regional labor costs and service complexities.
- ERP Pricing: Play a lead role in configuring and maintaining pricing logic within NetSuite to ensure seamless quote-to-cash transitions.
- Performance Visibility: Build and manage dynamic pricing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide leadership with real-time insights into price realization and leakage.
- Standardization & SOPs: Document and share best practices for quoting and pricing adjustments.
What we’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics, ideally within a multi-site service industry.
- Analytics: Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with professional experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
- District Partnership: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence field leaders and translate financial data into operational strategies.
- Technical Background: Prior experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade pricing systems is highly preferred.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter who can make decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 50% travel for ongoing district support.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
