JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greystar is the largest operator of apartments in the United States and a globally recognized real estate investment manager. As our business scales across markets and legal structures, the systems that manage our legal entity ecosystem have become mission-critical infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, technology, and product ownership — and is central to how our corporate legal, investment, accounting, and operations teams get work done every day.

We are looking for a Product Manager who brings both a real estate legal background and a technology mindset. You will be the primary owner of our Diligent legal entity management platform and iManage document management system, responsible not just for keeping them running but for making them better. You will work closely with engineering teams on integrations, support cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape how these platforms evolve over time.

The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $155,000 USD Annually.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
