Role Overview

Own and improve core user journeys by combining strong design thinking with sound product judgment, translating real user problems into simple, scalable product outcomes that move the business forward. This is a hands-on role in a lean setup, with real ownership over what gets built and how it works for users.

What You Will Do

Shipped at least 2–3 meaningful product improvements end-to-end: Features or enhancements fully owned from discovery → design → build → launch → iteration, with clear problem framing and rationale. Product decisions consistently grounded in user insight: Regular use of user research, usability testing, or qualitative feedback embedded into product decisions (visible in PRDs, specs, or reviews).

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role sits close to the product’s core. You’ll have meaningful influence over both what we build and how it feels to use, with the opportunity to shape the product as it grows. You will be required to work from the office at least 2–3 days per week if you are based in Singapore or Australia. For all other hiring locations, the role will be fully remote, with work from home five days a week.
