Now Hiring: Program Assistant (Hybrid – Saint Paul, MN)
The Minnesota Homeownership Center is hiring a Program Assistant to support our statewide network of nonprofit partners working to expand access to sustainable homeownership.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in nonprofit work, housing, and program coordination.
In this role, you will:
• Support communications and reporting with partner organizations
• Help track grant reporting and maintain accurate data in Salesforce
• Assist with trainings, meetings, and network-wide events
• Provide general administrative and operational support across teams
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly and works well with others
• Enjoys supporting processes, people, and programs
• Has 1–3 years of related experience (internships welcome!)
Compensation: $25.50–$29.00/hour + strong benefits (health, retirement, paid holidays + PTO)
Location: Hybrid (Saint Paul office 2+ days/week)
