When you join our team, you join a dynamic culture in which career development is encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is valued.    About this Role COMPANY: Quanta Government Solutions JOB TITLE: Program Director, NNSA        LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: Program Director, West CLASSIFICATION: Exempt   POSITION OVERVIEW:   We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Director, NNSA to support client relationships, business pursuits, and program management in collaboration with QGS’ clients in the National Nuclear Security Administration.  This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Program Management, partnership development, and process improvement who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at turning vision into executable plans. What You'll Do Program Leadership: Drive large-scale, complex operational programs from strategy through execution across the NNSA complex. PMO Alignment: Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align program goals, reporting structures, and delivery timelines. Process Development and Improvement: Identify and implement procedures specific to NNSA project management, collaborating across QGS functional groups. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, Product, etc.) to align on goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery. Change Management: Lead project change initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure NNSA program success. Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and dashboards to measure program impact and progress. Executive Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and information for multiple executive audiences, including QGS, clients, and Quanta partners. Proposal support: Collaborate with PreConstruction, Proposal Managers, and others to pursue and package winning proposals with targeted clients. What You'll Bring Required Education and Experience 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or related fields. Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing federal construction projects, including contract management. Strong knowledge and practical application of process development and improvement in federal project management. Demonstrated experience with federal proposals and business development. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Adept at managing competing priorities, ambiguity, and organizational change. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project).   Preferred Education and Experience PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience in federal contracting, construction, and operations management.
