To address critical trade gaps in AI data center delivery, the full-time Program Manager, Texas will develop and implement workforce development frameworks, manage recruiting and training initiatives, and serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and trade schools, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
• Build a sustainable talent ecosystem by developing a workforce development framework that transforms regional challenges into pathways for career advancement
• Scale recruiting and training initiatives to address critical pipe and electrical trade gaps through project-aligned upskilling programs
• Serve as the consolidated point of contact connecting cross-functional teams, general contractors, and trade schools to align industry requirements
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 8 years of experience managing construction-related programs or workforce development initiatives
• Experience setting up or managing vocational training or apprenticeship programs
• Functional knowledge of Google Workspace tools
