We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant information, maintenance logs, and financial transactions
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals
- Maintenance Coordination: Receive and respond to maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Payment Recording: Track rent payments, issue receipts, and update accounting systems accordingly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rentec Direct) or willingness to learn
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of rental agreements and tenant rights (a plus)
