QA Lead – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MES Preferred), Remote (US) We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 6+ month contracting role, with potential for extension. This is a Remote role. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operation s, with a primary focus on quality. This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes from shop floor operations to final product delivery and the ability to ensure quality across systems and workflows . Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and exposure to AI-driven quality or process improvements is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain systems, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance • Understand and validate end-to-end manufacturing workflows, from shop floor execution to downstream processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and IT to ensure quality alignment • Design and implement test strategies for manufacturing systems, including MES and supply chain platforms • Drive quality improvements and process optimization across manufacturing operations • Support and validate AI-based implementations within manufacturing or quality processes • Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in systems and recommend improvements • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in manufacturing QA Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on manufacturing and supply chain environments • Hands-on understanding of shop floor operations and end-to-end manufacturing processes • Experience working with MES systems is a MUST • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks • Familiarity with AI/ML implementations in manufacturing or quality functions • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments. • Exposure to digital transformation or smart manufacturing initiatives Other Details • Focus Area: Quality within Manufacturing & Supply Chain (No CRM required) • Duration: 6 – 12 months with high possibility of extension. • Location: Remote • Pay Rate: $55/hr. on C2C. or $50/hr. on W2. • Interviews: Video interviews. • Docs required: ID proof will be required
