You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to make sure they sell their home with us. This position is remote in the United States
Compensation:
$7 - $8 hourly
Responsibilities:
• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or a buyer’s agent
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc., to ensure they buy their next home with us
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Resimpli, Kixie, GoHighLevel), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
