Pay Rate and Commission: Hourly base pay at or above applicable minimum wage, plus performance incentives, including $100 commission per Operations-approved signed file, 5% backend commission on collected recovery fees, and monthly performance bonus opportunities ranging from $250–$750 based on productivity and performance
Travel: None

Job Description

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Recovery Services Sales Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and convert qualified leads into signed, complete, and Operations-approved client files.

This role is ideal for a sales, customer service, client relations, call center, intake, or lead conversion professional with strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. The Recovery Services Sales Specialist will educate prospective clients on the company’s contingency-based recovery services, address questions, secure required agreements and documentation, and support a smooth transition into the claims recovery workflow.
