Role Description

This is a part-time, contract role for a skilled Recruiter with an excellent track record of finding and engaging with top talent, developing efficient workflows and candidate funnels, reading between the lines in interviews, and stopping at nothing to find the best candidate possible.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive and engaging job descriptions based on client requirements
  • Set up and maintain job postings across various platforms and monitor integration with ATS to ensure steady stream of talent
  • Utilize various platforms to source and engage with passive candidates
  • Build out custom messaging templates and standardize the process with organized and comprehensive SOP’s
  • Assist in developing an efficient workflow and interview process that outlines phases, assessments, stakeholders, and questions
  • Manage the candidate process, maintaining communication with active applicants and updating the ATS accordingly
  • Conduct initial and possibly follow up interviews with candidates to asses skills
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews with the hiring team and candidates
  • Assist with negotiating job offers and onboarding needs
  • Track and analyze analytics throughout the process and help create reports for clients

    Qualifications

  • Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced, changing environments where processes need to be built from the ground up
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and tracking tools
  • Strong research, sourcing, networking, and communication skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility in hours for project-based work
  • Access to own accounts for searching, identifying, and engaging with candidates is a plusThis is a 100% remote role with flexibility but also requires accountability, excellent communication, being proactive, and strong organizational skills as well as your own computer (equipment) and reliable high speed internet.
