What You’ll Do
Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding coordination
Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records in Work Day
Facilitate a seamless candidate experience through timely and professional communication
Prepare and process offer letters and employment documentation
Partner with candidates to guide them through offer and pre-employment processes
Manage background check initiation and review to ensure timely completion
Liaise between Recruiting and HR Operations to support smooth new hire transitions
Enable recruiter effectiveness by handling administrative and operational tasks
Additional Details
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience supporting recruitment or HR operations
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Latin America
Experience supporting background check processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Exposure to clinical research or healthcare industries is a plus

This position is fully home based in Argentina
