We're looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support a fast-moving staffing and recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of client positions. You will proactively build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, and serve as the first point of contact for candidates entering the hiring process.

This is a high-output sourcing role. You will conduct outreach across multiple channels, screen resumes, perform preliminary interviews, and keep pipeline records accurate and current. If you are organized, persistent, and take pride in connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities quickly, this role is a strong fit.
