Job description: "Power Up Your Future: Regional Sales Manager - US Northeast"Remote/Home Based - Northeast (New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, etc.).We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, results-oriented dynamic RSM that can successfully expand OEM & Distribution business with power supply clients.As the Regional Sales Manager you will engage directly with customers, through local Manufacturer Representatives, Regional Distributors, and factory personnel to achieve sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory.Your experience allows you to create strong customer relationships and close supply agreements with customers through the design-in of standard, modified standard and custom solutions of their power supply needs.Top Responsibilities:Develop an annual sales business plan to meet the sales targetProspect, qualify, and close OEM accounts to meet or exceed annual sales goals.Manage customer development to ensure sales goals are achieved and customer goals are metInterface and lead factory team to successTop Desired Skills & Experience:At least 5 years outside sales experience in a power supply companyExperienced with managing Manufacturer RepresentativesExperience in program management and familiar with product development processes.The personal drive to "self-start" and work independently with minimal directionDemonstrated ability to meet sales goals and overcome internal and external objections at all levelsKnowledge of strategic selling techniques and a "solution vs. price" approachMust be detail-oriented and computer-literate in presentations, spreadsheets, and word processingWilling and able to travel as required to support sales goals. Domestic and international travel will be required generally at less than 50% of the timeEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred but a technical degree or other relevant experience combination with a degree will be consideredCompensation: Base Salary + un capped commission + car allowance and benefits include 401(k) with matching, dental, health, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.Please apply to learn more about the company and position - Thank you and have a great day.
