They are seeking an Account Executive to share their offerings, nurture leads, and manage relationships with students and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Share Dewey Smart's offerings with parents, students, and families in initial consultations with leads
- Nurture leads with active email, text, and phone follow-ups
- Management of our CRM tool to automate follow-ups
- Onboard new students by matching them with a tutor
- Deepen our relationship with Dewey Smart families by regular check-ins and follow-ups, ensuring that our students always feel supported
- Identify, nurture, and close deals with institutional clients, like charter schools, K-12 institutions, and employer benefit programs
Skills
- Experience in CRM tools or similar technologies
- Experience in sales, especially within K-12 education and preferably with experience selling to institutional clients, with proven metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
