Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless customer transition
- Sell solutions that deliver real value, positioning our platform as a must-have for brokerages
- Manage pipeline effectively to consistently hit and exceed quota
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer retention
- Develop deep expertise in our products, industry trends, and customer pain points
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Skills
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales
- Ability to sell consultatively, uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on high-quality, high-retention deals
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and own your success
- Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus
