They are seeking an Account Supervisor to lead integrated communications programs for clients in the climate and energy sectors, ensuring effective project management and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day account management across multiple client accounts, serving as the first point of coordination for client needs and helping teams stay aligned, informed and responsive
- Translate client business objectives into clear communications priorities and actionable work plans
- Anticipate client needs, identify opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to Antenna's quality standards
- Facilitate productive client meetings, establish clear next steps and maintain accountability across internal and client teams
- Partner closely with Account Directors and Vice Presidents to implement integrated communications programs
- Monitor account budgets, staffing and timelines, identifying potential risks before they become challenges
- Develop and execute proactive and reactive media relations programs that generate impactful coverage across business, national and trade media
- Identify compelling story angles tied to industry trends, customer successes, product milestones and thought leadership opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with reporters, editors, analysts and other influential stakeholders
- Draft and refine pitches, media materials, briefing documents and spokesperson preparation materials
- Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements and other external communications opportunities
- Coach junior team members on media outreach, pitching best practices and relationship building
- Analyze media results and provide strategic recommendations based on performance
- Collaborate with Antenna's digital, creative and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across channels
- Ensure consistent messaging and execution across all communications activities
- Support campaign planning, launches, announcements and industry events
- Produce and edit high-quality communications materials including press releases, executive bylines, messaging documents, presentations, media briefs, Q&As, case studies, award submissions and website copy
- Translate complex climate, energy and industrial technologies into compelling, accessible narratives for diverse audiences
- Maintain exceptional editorial standards across all client deliverables
- Contribute ideas that elevate clients' thought leadership and market positioning
- Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback and mentorship to junior team members
- Review work to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality before client delivery
- Delegate assignments thoughtfully while supporting professional growth and development
- Foster collaboration, accountability and knowledge sharing across account teams
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Support new business opportunities through research, proposal development and pitch participation
- Stay informed on emerging trends across climate, energy, mobility and sustainability, translating market developments into communications opportunities for clients
- Contribute ideas that strengthen Antenna's capabilities, culture and client experience
Skills
- 5-7+ years of experience in public relations, strategic communications or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Experience supporting B2B organizations in climate, clean energy, sustainability, industrial technology, mobility, infrastructure or related sectors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level content and media materials
- Demonstrated success securing earned media coverage and cultivating relationships with journalists
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams
- Ability to think critically, exercise sound judgment and solve problems proactively
- Curiosity about climate, energy and emerging technologies, and the role communications plays in accelerating innovation
- Highly organized, adaptable and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
