They are seeking an Accounting Supervisor – Revenue & Billing to oversee revenue accounting and billing operations, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and improving accounting processes to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the billing team
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and billing operations
• Manage revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close
• Process payroll and related accounting activities
• Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance
• Support automation and process improvement projects
• Collaborate with leadership on reporting and operational initiatives

• SaaS Accounting Experience
• Revenue Recognition Knowledge (ASC 606 preferred)
• Deferred Revenue Management
• Month-End Close Experience
• Bank Reconciliation Expertise

• Strong Accounting Principles Knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
