They are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support internal accounting and administrative needs, working directly with the CEO to assist with financial tracking and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting and financial recordkeeping
- Track expenses and maintain organized financial documentation
- Support internal reporting and simple reconciliations
- Assist with invoices, payments, and general financial administration
- Help prepare information for external accountants or advisors
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency with Excel and standard office software
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, evolving environment
