Responsibilities
- Support payroll, benefits, billing, account records, or finance operations workflows
- Review financial or employee-support documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely routing
- Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, internal notes, and process records related to assigned work
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and finance stakeholders on routine requests and follow-up items
- Help improve repeatable finance-support procedures and documentation quality
Skills
- Experience in payroll support, benefits administration, finance operations, billing, or account support
- Comfort reviewing numbers, documents, records, and recurring process details carefully
- Strong spreadsheet, communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to follow confidential processes and handle business information responsibly
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment
- Ability to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures
- Comfort working with confidential or process-sensitive business information
