Amazon is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager for their Adapt team. The role involves managing complex advertiser goals, developing campaign strategies, and working cross-functionally to drive revenue and enhance advertiser satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- You deliver revenue while managing complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue
- You grow existing client revenues that may expand regionally
- You educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
- You develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations
- You evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
- You leverage your knowledge of media and communications to develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans
- You educate customers based on customized insights
- You provide in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy
- You work cross-functionally with Senior Sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
- This is a client facing role and requires up to 20% domestic travel as needed or 1x per month on average. Global travel may be required up to 2 times annually
Skills
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience in online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, and search engine marketing
- Experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns, patterns and data trends to determine if they are meeting business objectives, and in turn leading recommendations to optimize
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation
- 3-5 years work experience in Advertising with experience owning Media Buying/Planning across Digital Advertising, eCommerce, and/or Linear Broadcast/Streaming TV focused roles
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
