Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. O2 AI is focused on building Vertical AI Agents for the electronics and semiconductor supply chain. They are seeking a hands-on Product Designer / UX UI Designer to own the product experience from understanding customer workflows to designing AI-native interfaces.

Skills
- Strong product and workflow thinking: You can look at a messy business process and see the user journey, data flow, decision points, bottlenecks, and places where AI should or should not act
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals: You understand user flow, information architecture, interaction design, layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and visual consistency
- Strong Figma execution: You can create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, components, auto layout structures, and handoff-ready designs
- AI-native product sense: You think about when AI should automate, when it should ask questions, when it should explain reasoning, when a human should review, and how AI outputs can become trustworthy and actionable
- Business curiosity: You are willing to dive into procurement, supply chain, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, ERP workflows, pricing logic, and operational decision-making
- Ownership under ambiguity: Ask the right questions, make reasonable assumptions, propose product flows, create prototypes, and iterate from feedback
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong UX design experience
- 1+ years combined professional design experience (UCD, UI/UX design)
- Expertise in user research methodologies, user centered design principles and frameworks, and user interface design standards
- Advanced understanding of user personas, user flows, affinity mapping, and other research tools
- Strong understanding of the life cycle process of website development (discovery, planning, design, requirements, coding, testing, and user testing and evaluation)
- Experience evaluating existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
- Experience prioritizing features while accounting for user goals and business requirements
- Experience carrying designs from start to finish, from wireframes to delivery of final high-fidelity UI mockups
- Experience establishing and maintaining rapid customer feedback loops to inform design at critical stages(agile workflow)
- Self-starter, motivated, confident and has ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Success on projects designed from scratch as well as redesigns for established platforms or products
- Advanced coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, and React)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience developing web animations, micro-interactions, and engaging user experiences is a plus
- Experience developing demo video is also a plus
